Dog Therapy Training Classes are usually once a month and held in Smithtown!
REQUIREMENTS
1. Dogs must be at least 1 years old and have had your dog for at least 6 months.
2. You must have the AKC Canine Good Citizens Certificate. AKC certified trainers can give the test. One of our volunteer, Allen, can also give you the test allenkirsch2131@gmail.com or 6312203248.

3. Up to date vaccinations for Rabies and Distemper
4. Fill out the online APPLICATION and upload your vaccination records and CGC test or certification
